Guys are going to want waaay more info: Like do you have an A4 or M6, if A4 do you have a converter, what gears, valve size on the heads, any programming, exhaust mods, how smooth you want it to run, etc. etc. etc.

thanks mech. it is am6 with 202 156 ported head . these heads got me 4 mph alone. i dyno at 371 at the wheels. the car idle's good. but i will program later due to rev limiter issue. 66 won't cut it and i have 4.10 but will be going bcak to 3.73. and what about the hammer c1 good cam or what?

I would not spend the money unless you are going to make a significant jump in cam. Thus I would go for the TR 224. To help maintain the same idle quality I would select the 114 LSA, although it is only a slight help.
Hopefully you put on some good springs when you ported the heads.
