are the stock main cap bolts torque to yield, (ie stretch bolts, one use only)

No, but I think your supposed to check them for stretch like rod bolts. I'd say go with the ARP ones, 170$ for insurance.

nope. you are supposed to replace the side bolts with new ones though.

the only reason they want the side ones replaced is because they come with a sealant on them. You can reuse them, you just need to put new sealant on them to keep oil from leaking..

I wouldn't change them unless you were running billet caps. Doesn't make sense to.
