Why is my timing so low?

I had my car dyno tuned with LS1 edit on sat. and my timin is at 23degrees...when the bumped it up to 25 I actually lost 4HP 6TRQ, so you may not be losing any HP.
is your car running any different??

The car is running great. I haven't lost any noticeable performance so maybe its just a slight tuning issue. If there wasn't 10 inches of snow on the ground i'd mess with a few things and re-test it.
Somethings I did notice :
HPPIII Tuning = +2* of timing.
O2s in .930 range = 18* of timing
02s in .880 range = 23* of timing
KR was maybe one or two instances of 1-2*
Maybe try the HPP3 tuning and see what happens?
