callies compstar crank? anyone used one yet its cheaper then the eagle 
i was looking around speed inc and there it was. i tried searching but nothing came up. im thinking i would rather use this in my 408 then a eagle.............

Callies always make good stuff. I'd put money that if you took 10 cranks from each company, Eagles on average would be sent back more due to defects.....

I personally had a Callies DragonSlayer in my LT1. I just took it out of the block, the bearings were iffy but the crank is mint and still lookes polished from factory. They stand up to the abuse.
