Default Throw a code removing windshield fluid reservoir?

I was thinking about removing my windshield wiper fluid reservoir since I never use it anyway. I noticed there is a connector of some sort plugged in to it. If I disconnect it, will it throw some kind of code or make some light come up on the dash? Anyone know how hard/easy this thing is to remove? Thanks guys.

Just a guess:

I bet the plug is for the light that comes on whenever it's low. You probably won't throw a code, but you'll have the "low washer fluid" light on!

The connector is for the washer pump. You will not throw a code.

I figured it was nowhere near important enough to throw a code, but I don't want a light on in my dash either. Guess I know what I'll be doing when I have a few hours to spare.
