Comments on Spherical Dish Pistons?

Anyone want to comment on different dish shapes on Pistons?

D-Shape? Spherical? Reasons to use each? Other shapes?

The Ross pistons Nick has made for ARE boost applications are "heart shaped" to match the combustion chambers on the heads. Believe this gets the most reduction in CR without altering the burn design of the heads?
