Default any problems with this combo?

Ok, I think I've chosen the combo for my future LS1.
I've been looking around for a while, and I think this is it
Texas Speed 5.3 heads and their Torquer V2 (232/234 .595/.598 112 LSA).
Question is, can I run the Stage 2.5s and this cam without PTV clearance issues? Is this an advisable combination?
Also, dyno graphs from this combo would be awesome if anyone is running it.

You might have to flycut the pistons with 2.5s.

Was afraid of that. Would the difference in flow be significant enough to warrant having the pistons fly cut?

I've been reading more posts, and the Torqer V2 makes less torque than I want, but most of the dynos I've seen have been without heads, or stock compression. With the 5.3 heads and greater compression make for more torque? I'd like to see something close to 400 at the wheels and over 400 rwhp. I know alot of this will be dependent on the tune, but assumming a good tune, are my expectations practical? (assumming full bolt-ons, LTs, good exhaust, M6, 3.73s, etc)
