The sniffer or the dyno-roller or the computer scan? There are lot's of tests and that might make a difference.
My .02 worth...
On a 114 LSA it should pass if the tune is right with cats, according to what a I've been told it will pass the 220 ppm sniffer test used in North Carolina. I don't know about the dyno-roller or the computer scan that's coming in 03.
Most of the time the Hammer or C1 as MTI calls it is on a 112 LSA which is not an emission friendly LSA.

Re: Will Hammer cam pass emissions? While it is possible that I have an unusual idle misfire condition, my nose tells me that it would not pass at idle.
It smells so bad that I have to turn the HVAC to recirculate when I come to a stop. Runs like a raped ape though.
