Check with ARE. I think they have that problem solved with a new setup.

fuel system is to keep the fuel from heating up
because of the engine heated fuel returning to the tank.
Only thing is you need a hell of a fuel pump to keep up with the demand on a returnless system
on a high hp engine.
If your makin power and loosing fuel pressure
fabricate a return line with a rail mounted
regulator . I think a AN6 line will be big enough
for the feed and use the old steel line for your return making the necessary mods of course.
Also keeps the fuel line from pulsating .

Re: Fuel system with return line worth it? My new fuel system will be Speed Inc's billet fuel rail, their rail mounted regulator, 8AN line in, 6AN line return. It'll have my present remote FP gauge on the driver's side rail and a rail mounted gauge on the passenger's side rail. <img src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" border="0">
