Default LS1??? Help if you can??

OK,firstly there is freezing rain, snow,just shitty weather. Just rolled over 40K on my 2000.
Driving home & my car starts "bucking/surging" & it stops!?? It did this about half way home.This is the absolute first time this has ever happened!! I did fill up in a little cow town yesterday evening. <img src="images/icons/confused.gif" border="0"> Only when i am highway driving.The car idles fine & no codes thrown. It does this sporaticly so i am way confused!! Drives fine for now!! HElp!!!!!!! <img src="images/icons/confused.gif" border="0"> <img src="gr_eek2.gif" border="0">

Well, it does seem as if it could be fuel delivery related such as clogged fuel filter. I would think it would always display the problem if this were the case, however. It's only when highway driving?

Yes that is correct, only hwy driving. Ran the gas down to 1/4 tank & filled it with some 93 oct.

Also, don't underestimate the effect of all that water on the plug wires. If one or more of the boots don't seal well, it could be getting some moisture in.
