Jumpy Idling

Jumpy Idling I adjusted the idle screw on my throotle body to turn the idling down from 1000 to around 700. Well it worked fine for a minute and now it idles a t like 1150 and sometimes goes down to 800 then back up. Any suggestions. It is a 6 speed car.
with the car off unplug your tps sensor, turn the key to the on position for about 15 seconds.. plug it back in and turn the key to the on position again...then fire it up. The only thing is if you opened it up so it's beyond a certain voltage it might mess up your idle tables, you want it below .65v i believe generally
