Default Low Coolant Light On -- Help.

I just had my water pump replaced and all seemed to be working fine but then the low coolant light came on a day later but the car wasn't over heating, I checked the level and the raidiator was full and so was the reservor the odd part is that the light only comes on if the car is parked in an incline. Is there a sensor that isn't tighten right or what do you guys think is going on ?

Thanks..

Its the sensor. Sometimes they act up, or maybe the electrical harness plug is loose. Its at the top of the radiator, just underneath the hose at the top passenger's side of the radiator.

I removed that sensor and cleaned it with some fine sandpaper (the metal rod sticking out) because it had some gunk on it and it has worked fine since. There is a little sliding clip you have to pull to get it out.

Oh yeah, make sure your coolant overfill tank is also full, my low coolant light will come on if that tank isn't full also.

i have to clean my sensor once in a while. I just pull it out, clean it with a small brush and simple green and its fine. I think the Dexcool isnt the cleanest running fluid
