Hey guys, here is a little twist on the common "what cam should I pick" thread. I currently am living at 5000 ft, and there is a good chance I'll be between this and 6000 ft up for quite a while.
I'll probably be doing a cam/nitrous car soon and I wanted to minimize the power loss as much as possible. I've always heard that up here we only get 80% of our sea level power.
My question is, can I effectively get the DCR up cam only? Or, would it be necessary to find a used set of ls1 heads and mill them down in addition the the custom cam? I'd like to hopefully make at least 370rwhp on a 400rwhp setup.
Any input is appreciated!
