Default Head recommendations?

I installed the 233/239 cam a few weeks ago. I am looking for a set of heads now, What set of heads would you recommend for my car given these mods? I will more then likely be going with a fast 90/90 later on but definately not right away.

Mods:
TSP 233/239 .595"/.603" 112LSA
Pacesetter LT's & ORY
SLP Lid
Borla Catback
9" w/ Tru-Trac & 4.11 gears
LS7 clutch.

I made 406/374 with that setup(that's pretty good through a 9" right?). How much power could I expect to make with a set of heads? I am really shooting for 450rwhp all-motor when all is said and done.

I really like the looks of both the ls6 cnc ported and the PRC 220cc 2.5 5.3l heads(heh, they're cheap!).

What do you guys think would net me the most power, also what springs would you recommend for that h/c setup? I am currently running 918's on my stock heads.

Depends on what you want to spend. TFS heads are great with AFRs, but at the top of a price range. Darts are what I went with and are right in the middle for price. The Patriot and TSP ls6s are on the low end for the budget builders.

Ok well given my current #'s (406/374) and my goal 450rwhp what is the cheapest set that would make that feasible? What set would make it feasible with a 90/90 setup?

What size are the combustion chambers on the PRC 220cc 2.5 5.3l heads?
