Will a low IAC count of 3 cause a higher idle speed?

It shouldn't change so long as the IAC doesn't reach zero for long enough to set a code (which disables the IAC.)
You can't properly change the idle mixture even with a MAFT. The computer will learn it out. 14.7:1 is the air/fuel ratio that the computer will attempt to maintain during any closed loop operation.

After installing my cam I drilled the TB hole out to 15/64ths. My IAC counts sometime get down to 3 which I am afraid is to close to 0. But the thing is that my idle speed hasn't really increased much with the IAC pintel count that low? I still have idling issues on warm starts though, what is my problem, do cams tend to need a richer mixture ar idle, if so is there any way to adjust the idle mixture besides the base on the MAFT?
