To be honest, I'm not a fan of either of those. I've had both, and I didn't like them. The Borla catback will provide you with a nice raspy sound if you remove the cats, and the Flowmaster drone is enough to make you crazy. If you are going for performance and sound, then I recommend the Hooker catback. I had this system on my '98 T/A, and it sounded AWESOME! It provided a great rumble that wasn't annoying or too loud. It sounded very aggressive at WOT! If you're wanting something that flows well but is quiet, then I'd recommend an SLP dual/dual. I bought mine used for $200 with 5,000 miles on it, and I've track-tested it twice now with great results! Both times I did not lose any ET or gain any MPH by running with the cutout open vs. through the catback. You can post up in the parts classifieds forum if there isn't already one there for sale.
