First Question is what year is you car ? The reason why i ask is that the 98-00 (i believe) have the knock sensors in the intake valley (under the intake) and the 01 and new have Ls6 blocks with the knock sensors relocated somewhere else.
Anyways if you have the older in the valley knock sensors, I would go back and check your work. Mabey you missed something as in vacum line or wires. If not mabey you pinched a intake gasket or something to that effect, or even worse mabey somehow the intake manifold is cracked somewhere.
