GMMG dyno results within..
Well last week I had a 3" cutout put in the intermediate pipe. The theory is that most people get 4rwhp from uncapping their cutout on the dyno.. If I were to uncap and get more than 4hp then the GMMG is more restrictive than most.. if I uncap and get less than 4hp then its less restrictive..
Run capped = 330.6rwhp & 337.8rwtq
Run uncapped = 333.7rwhp & 339.7rwtq
So thats only a gain of 3rwhp and 2rwtq from bypassing the GMMG.. needless to say im VERY happy with that.. These numbers are all corrected and were done on a recently calibrated Dynojet..
Funny thing is that the car isnt much louder with the cutout open.. lol
Hopefully the exhaust can keep flowing well when around 400rwhp.
Thanks again.

Capped=312.2rwhp 333.0 rwtq
Uncapped=316.3rqhp 338.4rwtq
For me a difference of 4rwhp and almost 5.5rwtq.
Thats great info but try this on a car with 400+ RWHP and see what kind of loss u see?

Have you seen anyone do this? I would love to know the answer to this.
Thanks,
Mike
