How much does a complete LS1 longblock weigh?

I saw 390lbs published for a complete long block assembly including crank pulley, intake, throttle body and exhaust manifolds. The ac, pwr steering and brackets probably ad 45-50lbs.

Sigh... we're getting a lot of conflicting answers here, when I asked I heard it was 460lbs complete without the flywheel and 498lbs with.. Here, refer to this post :

So what gives? Has anybody actually measured it? What's up with all these differing answers? And While we're at it, how much does a T56 (with bellhousing but no flywheel) weigh?

I didn't weigh it, those numbers were from Hot Rod magazine. Thats probably with cats, EGR pump, AIR pump, etc. Or maybe HotRod is wrong....
I guess we could call Jim Pace and ask what the shipping weight of one is?
