Leak Help!

Leak Help! I checked the search and found nothing relating to this.
On my 99 Z I noticed antifreeze leaking down the front of the motor, it blew back under my transmission. My belts have squeaked a little, but not much, is it my water pump? I'm not sure and cannot find any leads (from what I can see), I also checked all hoses. Any ideas will help me greatly!!
I also noticed that there is oil (I think) under my power steering box and must be leaking somewhere also. (This might explain my low oil light coming on.
It has been a bad night finding all of this out.
Anybodies opinions or help will be greatly appericated, thanks to those you throw it out..
