Default Patrick G cam or TSP Torquer V3???

Looking to do a heads and cam swap and would like to get some opinions on which cam to go with. This will be in a primarily DD but one that sees the track several times a month during the season. I already have the following mods:
Kooks stepped 1 3/4 - 1 7/8 stainless headers
offroad Y, Random Tech 3" catback
M6, Mcleod twin w/aluminum flywheel
9" w/ 4.11's, locker, 35 spline axles
Strange C/moly driveshaft
Spohn solid T/A, poly/spherical LCA's
Profab C/moly K member, polyurethane motor and tranny mounts
LS6 intake and 28.8 lbs injectors, ported T/body
linelock

As you can see I have already given up most of my street manners with the drivetrain so that is mot the most major concern; however the most avreage power is. I am not interested in a cam that makes a higher peak number at 7K yet is down on power from 6500 down. I would like to make peak HP in the 6-6400 range with shifts in the 6500-6600 range. I will not be upgrading to a Fast intake as I would rather save that investment for a larger motor down the road that would most likely not use that intake. So come on guys and give your inputs. The smaller camshaft would allow more room for milling to help get the compression up, but the larger cam would help compensate more for the weaker flowing intake and perhaps make a slightly better number near the top (where it will spend most of its time at the track anyway). The heads are going to be the TSP stage 2.5 5.3's. TIA

If you do not plan on switching to the fast intake and it is a daily driver, I would go with the smaller cam. You want a cam that will compliment the tuning of the intake, not fight it. You should be able to shift the smaller one in the 6500 range.

I say get the smaller cam, mill the heads for proper compression, and get a .040 head gasket. Run it until you are ready for the larger motor.

I guess I should have used a more specific title instead of the generic title we all see 50 times a week and perhaps I would have gotten a better response. Oh well, I attempted to change the title, but it would not affect the one on the title of the post so here it goes again. TTT

I go with the smallest cam that will do the job. Like was said above the cam is well thought out and the Patrick G cam goes right along with my thinking. That is why I voted for it.
