Default Stock heads on a TSP 228R?

I am currently in the market for a boost in power i plan on running a semi mild cam(pretty set on the 228r from tsp) with a 3200stall TC and running a 100 or 125 wet shot. Just wondering, even though i know i wont make the most power, if i could run my stock heads and just swap out retainers, springs, etc when i go to put in the cam? I dont know alot about flow charts or heads in general and i have been searching through this section using search and hours of aimlessly reading and figured this could save time/frustration to look like a noob and ask. Atm I am full bolt on with a tune, and will be re tuning after cam but I want to be cam only and dont want a head swap so is it possible? or should i say safely doable?
Thank you in advance for all input

Yes. I have the exact same comp grind but bought it from Lingenfelter. Made 410rwhp through the Ls6 intake. With a Fast 90/90 and PRC Ls6 heads Im now at 450rwhp....

That shouldnt be a problem at all with the 90/90...You'll probably be right around 400rwhp through the stock intake. 410 or so with the Fast...
