Default Questions about Head/Cam setup!

I'm considering a set of heads from a guy who lives in the same town as me (member name here: slow trap)

The heads are TEA ported 5.3L with Crane dual springs and they have been milled .030 so the cc is around 57-58 cc.

He said he ran the heads with a 228R cam and made 436/402 at the wheels thru the exhaust.

He recommended me something like a t2 cam which is 232/234 or like a 228/232 on a 111 +1. This should get me in the 44x range correct?

He said these cams "should" clear the pistons.
My question is: With the cams stated above, would I have ptv problems?

If so would flycutting be an option or could someone else recommend me a different cam that would be streetable and still make in the same power range.

Thanks!
