I need a small question answered

I want to use LS1edit to raise my limiter to 7k

Right now with 3.42s and shifting at 6400, I have to shift to 4th about 10ft from the end of the 1/4

I want to be able to hold out 3rd gear. I have hotcam and LS6 springs. Will I kill my car?

10 ft. is maybe 100 RPM. I think you will be fine, and only revving to 6500. What kind of MPH are you trapping?

I trap 115 right now.

Comes out to about 6600 RPM @ 115.
