Default Spark plug question.

I know I know....theres tons of topics on this. But my question is more then just a which plugs should I get. I need to know how often we need to change our plugs in these 1s1's. And I just have stock plugs now with 7k miles. Would I bennifet from switching now to a better kind? And last, what plugs would bennifate me the best with my setup. <img src="gr_stretch.gif" border="0"> I don't care about price. Just best performance. I've heard too many bad things about platinum so I'm deffinatly staying away from those. But please give me some recomandations and links if you can. Thx.

For your current setup I would recommend NGK TR55'S.. If you are going to spray then get the TR6's.. The TR6's are a colder plug and works best for nitrous..

How often do you need to check/change your plugs?
