Lightbulb New Engine Project

Project 6.0L
Ok, so heres a list of parts I plan on buying (if not already) for a new engine I would like to build! First off this will be going in my 2002 Z28 Camaro with a moser 9" trutrac and 3.89 gears, sitting on QA1's and most of the rear suspension completed with BMR. So heres what I had planed:
6.0L Ironblock
Callies billiet main caps
Lunati rotating assy. (10.6:1CR with 67cc heads)
Lunati Voodoo cam 232/238 599/601 113LSA
Patriot Performance LS6 Stage 3 heads assembled (with 65cc chambers)
Rollmaster double roller timming chain
LS6 oil pump (ported)
Comp Cams hi-tech pushrods (not sure of length yet)
Comp Cams R llifters
Harland Sharp 1.7 non-adj. rockers
LS6 valley cover (for pcv sys.)
ARP rod bolts and studs for the main, headers,& cylinder heads
Racetronix 42# injectors( now I think their not enough)
Racetronix fuel pump with plug n play harness
TCI flexplate
Performabuilt trans 700R4 stage 2 (thats right)
Performabuilt stall 4000rpm ( not sure of yet)
B&M mega shifter
Bowtie overdrives tv cable
BMR k-member
BMR upper and lower control arms

Ok now to explaine why I chose these parts! The cam may seem small for a 6.0L but I just didn't want to get too crazy with it as I would like to do some street driving. The injectors I think might not be enough reason being this will be a nitrous motor with about a 200shot from a TNT F2 kit. An now you must think I'm retarted going with a 700R4, well the car is a M6 to start with and to switch to a 4L60E gets very $$. Simple solution 4L60E and the 700R4 are the same with some differances. it would be like doing a TH350/400 swap also non elec. As for the Stall I just dont know if its good for nitrous?
For the engine, it will be a 10.8:1 CR with a 0.040' head gasket, Thats why I have 65cc heads. I know i will need colder plugs, thinking of Autolite AR3911 with a .035 gap but not sure? And what plugs will I need if I shot 200 on top of this CR?
So I am deployed right now and I have been thinking of doing this for some time now. I will not be back until May so i have time! I would like to hear what you guys out there think! any tips and info would be very helpful.Grade my work so to speak! thanks again.

I would go with a bigger cam and try to optimize DCR for low end DD power by milling heads or advancing the cam some. That way you can gain more up top while still kepping it very driveable.

You asked for it.

Rotating assembly- Those Lunati rotating assemblies are some major $$$.

Cam- You didn't say what size (ci) this was going to end up being, but if that's for a 408 I'd go with a larger cam.

Heads- Patriot heads are a proven performer, but if you want to save some $$$ the L92 heads are a really nice option out right now. Results are just starting to come in with them.

Rockers- Get your stock ones redone by Nasty, they're a sponsor.

Transmission- I have no clue why you would want to do this at all. Why do you want to get rid of the M6? If you want to go auto (?) do it right the first time. Do a TH350/400 or a 4l80e.

yes the lunati is very $$ but i already paid for it! and it will be a 408 ci. And as for the cam, yes i should go bigger but i have yet to find a good cam for my setup! I'm looking for something with about 6* more on the exhuast side. Looking at the cam card it says 4* ADV when installed straight up! this is what i had planed, how much should be adv. for a safe yet solid HP #'s? And the TH300/400 are only 3 speeds 4L80E you still need the wiring harness $$, auto peadles$$, bellhousing$$, I just firgured i can make the 700 work
