Default 1.7: harland sharp rockers

has anyone ran these rockers on ls1 with bolt ons? summit is claiming 8-10 hp at the rear ....just wondering if its worth changing or will the 8.1 ratios pick me up more lift on my stock c.am thanks.......

I got the 1.7's on my car and they are a quality piece. I wouldnt be suprised.
I did h/c setup so I am not sure what they gained me by themselves.

If you put roller rockers on I would suggest upgrading your springs to something like the 918's and use titanium retianers. The rollers are much heavier over the nose than the stock rollers and you could get float at higher rpm's with the stock springs. Then I'd change the pushrods to chromemolly too due to flex with the new springs. And that's for the 1.7's, I'd definitley change springs, etc. for the 1.8's.

I would expect to see 8-10hp increase with the 1.8's, but not with the 1.7's. JMHO
