PRC heads and Torquer V3 camshaft
Personaly, I would consider flycutting, running a thinner gasket with a little mill to optimize setup.
Or
Running LS2 243s with a 111LSA (race finish with duals, stage 1)

I have the T3, PRC dual springs, TSP hardened PR's, and ported LS6 pump. I installed the cam dot to dot. It drove well with the stock tune. She fired right up and settles on a 800+ rpm idle.
I think that you have speced out a nice combo. Give TSP a call and see what they have to say about how to set those heads up and then factor in Predators feedback.
I agree with Predator on the length of the PR's. I am running 7.4's and get a bit of that "sewing machine" sound.
My cam only numbers (with graph) are buried in the dyno forum. Just to a search using my user name.
