More power? You could get more from a cam with faster ramps and higher lift. Duration wise, you could go a little more, but you are pretty are far up the curve now.

Mild is not a word I would use for that cam.
big, large, racey....they all would do.
Reduce the duration to 220/220 and we could call it on the edge of "mild".
In an M6 that would be a BIG cam.
In an A4 that would be a VERY big cam. (IMO)

Thats the cam I have now, I was told it was just a baby cam. Thats why I didn't make as much HP as I should have. But, I am starting to think these heads aren't stageII heads. The place that did the work is closed down. So there is no way to really find out unless I pay someone to take the heads off. Then take them to a shop and let them inspect them.
