Green color in the oil
You're going to know if it's coolant or not; water and oil don't mix. FWIW, I've seen some oils with varying colors. Also, he should be using Dexcool if it's an LS1. I've heard that mixing the Dexcool w/ glycol (green coolant) will create a sludge, of sort. I would recommend doing a complete flush and putting in 1/2 and 1/2 Dexcool and water.

Its mobil 1 oil. i will flush ASAP, ill chnage the oil too. so where is the water going from the radiotor? and when im looking at the dipstick what am i looking for i see metal specs(like a glitter) cuz of the new motor im sure. athen dark green with a darkish black hint behind it.

If there's coolant in the oil it will migrate to the bottom of the oil pan, so let it sit overnight then change the oil in the morning. If there is a problem you will see water come out of the drain hole before the oil starts coming out.
So your saying the oil hasn't been changed since it was installed? It could be assembly lube that your seeing in the oil, could also be engine oil leak detection dye. Dexcool won't show up in engine oil as much as Green antifreeze does. Dexcool and oil mixed will make hydraulic lifters stick and clatter until warmed up also FYI

good ideas, and yes the oil has been changed already, this oil has maybe 300 miles on it?

careful there, I think GM specifically advises Dexcool only. I don't know about others, but I'd heed that advice.
