cam and stock exhaust?
Reason I was asking is because I can get some ls6 heads and z06 cam pretty cheap and make some more power and still look stock for now then lt's and exhaust later on when i can afford it.
Cam and heads like that will be ok with stock catback, they will enjoy a larger more breathing exhaust.
The z06 cam even later years isn't that big, you will be upgrading the springs and pushrods with it correct?

I'm not sure yet I haven't even went ot look at exactly what is for sale. I was trying to just get the deal for now and get the parts in the car as cheaply as possible without risking any damage. The ultimate plan will be exhaust mods and a bigger cam. I was hoping though with the z06 cam my stock valve train would work for the time being.
