Default Pushrod question....

I hear some ticking in the lower RPMs up to about 2200rpms and suspect I may have a one or a couple of bent pushrods. I have a set of MAC headers to install and figured I'd change pushrods while I have the valve covers off for the header install. My question is what is a good replacement to use. Is there a company that makes a hardened stock length LS1 pushrod or is my choice limited to replacing with OEM. If there is a good aftermarket replacement do you have a part no.?
