Phase 1 of the H/C project is nearly complete!
I found a great way to get the coolant out of the bolt holes! I bought some fish tank air tubing and used it like a straw with my shop vac. Cleaned them out super-duper fast!! I also cleaned the carbon buildup off the tops of the pistons with a rag and some carb cleaner.
Project is on hold until I have time to work on it again in a couple weeks. She'll just have to sit and wait for me.

This is going much faster and much easier than I thought. Andy has been a great help. He always seems to know what to do next.
It was quite a bit of work, but fun at the same time. Got more accomplished in one day than planned.
Warning to all that want to do this. THE EDGES OF EVERTHING ON THE ALUM BLOCK/HEADS ARE VERY SHARP!!! My hands look and feel like I put them through a food processor!!! How Mark got away with minimal injuries is beyond me.
