Default Anyone with restricted pushrods?

Im thinking about throwing some restricted pushrods in my motor to slow down the upper end oiling and help out with the lower. Are these type of pushrods worth going to with a solid roller. The reason i ask is because of valve lash won't you bleed off between the lifter and the pushrod? To bad morel doe's not have a lifter that was restricted i think that would be a better way to go.

I am running a set of Smith Bros. pushrods with a restrictor to do the same thing basicly and also since I am running a heavily ported oil pump to limit the amount of oil that goes into the valve covers and possibly into the intake or S/C now Turbos under boost and when it is pulling a lot of vacum at higher RPM's etc...
