New Setup!!!
well some of you new i sold every single part off of my car to sell the car to get a vette. all the parts i had are in the sig! well i sold everything and the vette thing didnt work out as i planned. well now im starting over and this is the selection of parts i chose to go with this time around. i have all the parts already with the exception of the heads and converter
slp ls6 intake
lg motorsports g5 cam
hooker longtubes
dr gas 3" xpipe with dual bullets
raging motorsports emt stage 3 heads
yank 3600 extreme stall
tnt 100 shot till i get another flp tranny than ill spray 150
asp pulley
im hoping to hit low 11's on the new setup on the motor
onmy stage 1 mti heads and b1 cam i went 11.63@120 so i think this is very possible with the new setup
i will be taking it to get dyno tuned but i havnt decided where yet its either between lg and speed demon. ill have to call both places to see who can tune it for me the soonest.
everything is in the car already im jus waiting for the heads to come in and that should be by the end of the week so ill slap the heads on over the weekend and hopefully get to go tune it next week! im pumped about the new setup. to bad i dont have the vortech nomore but have always like the all motor thing. ill spray too but at the track im concerned with all motot performance. 1 question the heads are milled .30
and my pushrods are stock lenth. i have my old shims from my mti heads which were also milled .30 but i dont remember the lenth of my old pushrods. should i use the shims are will the stock pushrods be ok with the milled heads with no shims? <img border="0" alt="[Pontiac]" title="" src="graemlins/formula.gif" />

Alfred:
Can't wait to see you out.
About the pushrods, you really should measure. Without knowing the base circle it's hard to say what length pushrods you need. A pushrod length checking tool is only about $25.
Otherwise, you'll need to measure the entire lobe and subtract the lift (and hope the cam was ground accurately or measure the lift with a dial indicator and the cam installed). This will give you the base circle of the new cam. Compare that to a factory base circle which is 1.552 (diameter, or 19.7mm radius). It'll probably be smaller. This difference, minus the amount of milling at the cylinder head, can be added (or subtracted if you get a negative number), from the stock pushrod length (7.400").

Hey Alfred, my buddy Steve that you bought that car from was asking if you still post about it. He recently got bit by the speed bug again and bought a millenium yellow 2002 Z06 Vette. I told him he would regret selling that T/A to you, he thought he could do without speed. LOL!
Sounds like a good combo, but I'd have opted for more stall. 3600 seems kind of small for such a larger cam.
