With a hotcam I have drilled the throttle blade
to 15/64" and added a .022" spacer on top
of the idle set screw.. that fixed the stalling
with the ac on..

Default Drilling my TB. HOW BIG?

In two weeks i am installing an MMS 218 cam, Comp 918 springs, stock retainers, keepers, pushrods, and an ASP pulley kit.

Anyone have an idea on how big i need to drill out my Throttle Body blade.

It is an M6, with lid/filter, !egr, cutout, tb bypass, descreened/flipped MAFS, BG Ram air, NX wetkit, Ripper shifter w/ flameball ****, !CAGS, BMR STB, and i think that is it.

Thanks. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

You should be fine with the stock hole since the M6's idle at 800. I had to drill my A4 with MMS 218 cam out to 3/16th to bring the IAC count below 50.
