Default 99 Ls1 Bogging Down

I Am Not Sure If I Am Posting This In The Right Place Or Not But Anyways. I Have Had My 99 Ta In The Shop Getting Headers, And 373 Rear End Installed. A Few Weeks Ago The The Car Started Bogging Down Around 2500 To 3000 Rpm. It Only Does This Every Now And Then Not All Of The Time. The Performance Shop Said They Will Try To Figure Out What Is Wrong. I Pick The Car Up Today Or In The Morning Depending On When The Performance Shop Finishes The Job. The Only Other Problem I Am Having Is When I Shift Gears Sometimes The Clutch Pedal Takes A Second To Come Back Up. I Am Pretty Sure I Just Need Something Replaced In My Transmission Not The Hole Thing. Any Ideas As To What Is Making The Car Bog Down, Or Has Anybody Else Had This Problem With A 99 M6 Ta. Thanks Any Ideas.

Do the drill mod to the clutch line first and see how it works. Seach the tranny forum for how to do it, its pretty simple.

The bogging could be coming from a bunch of different sources.
