Default New heads are on

Installed MTI stage 2 heads with LS6 intake. I decided to leave the B1 cam in for right now. I got the car fired up, took it a minute to idle without help but then she settled down. My car has always idled poorly for a minute or two with the cam whenever the computer gets reset. It's been a fun project. Ran into a few minor issues, no big deal, one of the new heads had a problem when I got it, so it had to go back. One of the head bolts in my install kit had no threads on it, so that bolt didn't work too well like that. I had a chance to pick up the LS6 intake for free off someones 01 vette that I know, but I needed a non-EGR LS1 intake to put back on thier car. I ended up getting a new non-EGR LS1 intake to go on that corvette for 40 bucks from this guy around here, so that made me really happy to have myself an LS6 intake for 40 bucks. I didn't want to drill a big hole in that pretty LS6 intake for the EGR, so I just left it off as it's ugly anyway. I guess I'll be staring at the SES light for now. I also decided to remove the air pump and all of the other junk that goes with it, hoses, tubes, etc. It looks much cleaner under the hood without all that emissions crap under there.

I was wondering, are my stock 2000 injectors going to be OK for this combo, or am I going to run into problems? I had a chance to pick up a set of injectors off from an 01 LS1 for 125 bucks but decided to wait and see what happenes. Hopefully someone can give me some advice on what to do about them.
