Replacing Valves, what all is needed?

Replacing Valves, what all is needed? I'm going to put Ferrea 6000 valves on a set of bare heads I'm getting ported/polished. What do I need to replace on the heads to fit the valves after I get a valve job? Do I need new valve guides and do I need new valve seats? Thanks.
