My cam: 228/232 .588/.595 110+4

I am going with Dual springs, which is better????

or

Precision Race Components (PRC)

i ahve heard both good and bad..

crane cams #144832-16 or #144833-16 depending on what seat pressure you want. nothing against the other guys, but crane is all i use.

If I am not mistaken, the Patriot and PRC springs are supplied by the same company. Flip a coin. Both excellent springs.

That's what i've been told and read.

I'd take what ever is on sale honestly you will be ok either way.
