Ferrera,Rev,manley which is the best and why?

Ferrera,Rev,manley which is the best and why? I am about to buy some valves for my heads but I am not sure which ones to go with.From what I have heard the ferreras flow more but weigh more than the other 2.Can someone give me a hand in choosing my valves.Thanx
