How big and what price (engine)

How big and what price (engine) After doing some budgeting I'm now in the market for a 400+ ci motor.
What is most important is the car be a true daily driver with the track performance a secondary consideration.
Currently my car is a 99ss m6 with 37k miles with all boltons including flp headers and b1cam. It still has the stock rear end as well with 3.73 gears. (dynoed at 365rwhp/355rwtq)
So far the budgeting looks like this:
Engine(4++ci long block) - $??
12 bolt - $2,500
clutch (mcleod + kevlar disk) -$1,000
Fuel pump and injector upgrades - ??
Labor - $2,000
tuning $??
I'm trying to keep everyting under 15 to 16k.
Looking at this budget, what size engine can I go with and am I missing anything else?
Also, where can I get the best deal as well as quality?

Re: How big and what price (engine) Iron block 409. You really don't have any other options for a daily driver. You can pick up the block and a set of 6.0 truck heads from valvegod for under a $1000. Then you would need the Lunati 4.0 stroker kit with 4.030" custom pistons and you are in business. Go with a 230-240 duration hyd. cam to keep valvetrain cost down to earth and you will have a killer engine. I could have done my car much cheaper, but I went solid roller w/titanium valves... NOT cheap, but I have wanted this since I was about 12 so I'm doing it like I want...
