Default MS3 vs. MS4 question

i know the cams are similar aside from the large difference in lift on the MS4.

MS3 = 237/242 .603/.609 on a 112
MS4 = 239/242 .649/.609 on a 112

my question is will the duration on the MS4 have any PTV issues with stock or more specificly LS6 heads as I would plan on swapping to them.

i just want to make sure there wont be any problems

I have the MS4 with stock heads and no P2V clearance problem. As far as heads go LS6 should be fine. TSP sells a Patriot LS6 Stage 1.5 that complements well the MS4. I believe it uses the stock valve sizes to prevent P2V issues but it is ported and flow pretty well.

I'm running the MS4 on stock LS6 heads on my Z06. Haven't had any problems yet other than I already need new rear tires!
