I am going to install headers and intake as soon as my tax return gets here. I was told to wait on the LS6 intake until I get my heads and cam because I will see little or no gain on a stock motor. I do not have enough cash for the heads right now($2,000) but I could afford a cam ($350). I can not afford to have my computer reprogramed either right now($500). I would like to go ahead and get the cam and intake, but I do not want to buy a new cam when I get the heads. Is there a cam that I can buy that will have good results with stock heads and aftermarket heads? If I don't get the cam should I mess with intake now? I know I will have to get the computer reprogramed with stage 2 heads. Is there a cam that will show good results with out getting the Computer reprogrammed? Any help or opinions would be appreciated. Thanks
