Default PRC vs. Patriot vs. Manley?
Which dual valve spring would yall recommend out of these three? I will be running the F13 cam.

i personally would use crane #144832-16, but PRC out these 3 would be fine.

the Manley's are sold in the cam upgrade package with the f13 by Futral.

The PRC and Patriots are the best spring IMO.....They are also manufactured by the same supplier.
