"Notch" in cylinder wall... Thoughts?

Default "Notch" in cylinder wall... Thoughts?

As you can see below, this in in a cylinder wall, towards the top of the cylinder wall. It's like a "divit" in the wall, very small, yet your fingernail catches it as you pass over it. Is this a concern? I'm thinking that ANY abnormality in a cylinder wall is bad, but if this "divit" is above the piston rings, then should I worry?

Picture quality sucks, but you get the idea, I'll post more pics tonight.

if the rings don't touch it, and it cannot scratch the piston, i would not worry about it.
