Default Cam for LQ9 in 78 TA

I have a 02 LQ9 engine (38K) with a 4L80E trans and 2800 stall. I am running 02 FLP headers, 3.42 gear, 285/35/17 rear tire. I just got the engine installed and everything is running good. I plan to pull the engine to finish painting the engine bay. I would like some advice on a camshaft to install in this car. I was looking at a TR224 or TR220 cam. This car is heavier than the 4th gen F-body. I will also install new valve springs and push rods. Do I need to worry about the rocker arms with this engine? I will primarily drive this car on the street.
