Absolute cylender heads flow numbers I have a set of (1999) Absolute Stage II heads. I am trying to find out the flow numbers. Anyone know where I can find out? Thanks

I had a set, and accidentally kept the flow sheet. Here's the numbers:
HEADS:
Absolute Speed stage 2.5 5.3L heads
2.05" intake valves
1.57" exhaust valves
Here's the flow numbers:
