Default I am simply amazed.

I have NEVER had customer service like i recieved from Gunnar @ Patriot Performance. ALL i can say is you other vendors need to learn from these guys. i am in absolute awe.

Heres the story... about a year and a half ago i bought some used heads from my buddy, some extensively worked very high flowing LS6 Patriot heads. i bought them knowing they had miles on them, also knowing i was the 3rd person down the line with them. Well about 6 months ago i noticed that the valves were beginning to mushroom. I did some research and found out about the whole fiasco with patriot and having bad valves. I saw that these guys were bending over backwards to right the situation and figured it was worth a shot to at least try and see if they could help me out.

I talked to gunnar about it. He to my amazement said that they would cover most of it and just to pay shipping and a very very minimal percentage of their cost on the valves. I was totally blown away. Here i am the third owner of some used heads and just wanted to make sure i got the right ones. But no, gunnar blows me away and offers me a amazing deal.


Finally i had have gotten around to replacing them. Well i called up gunnar and we checked the valve size, checked all that good stuff and i said heck yeah dude lemme give ya my credit card number and we will get this goin and get em on their way. Gunnar replies with "nah dude dont worry about it, email me your addy and we will take care of ya. At this point im completely 100% blown away for the second time... Gunnar then asks if there is anything else i need. Im like hrmm i dunno dude not that i can think of. Gunnar then says "how about some valve seals?? ill go ahead and throw some of them in with them too" HOLY HELL... here i am thinking good god this guy and this company is amazing!


well.. just got my shipping numbers... to top everything off... to go even above and beyond blowing me away... Gunnar 2nd day aired the freakin things!!!!!!!


Gunnar... dude... you are a cut above man, i can never thank you enough for everything you have done and the way you have treated me in the situation! my hat is off to ya... very very very well done!

let this be a lesson to all of you guys... there ARE still some KICK *** vendors out there... with all the drama lately and vendor problems i have seen and been dissapointed with i am brought back to the thought that there are still some GOOD PEOPLE in the world today that are interested in more than making as much money as possible.

Customer service is great there. I broke a spring on my Patriot heads and they were happy to send me a new one out for free.
