But I can easily over look that when I see people putting down 400hp from just a cam, headers and etc.

224/230 cam vs a 221/221 cam. Not a big difference. I'd just go with the MMS 229v2.1. It pulls better vacuum at idle and makes more power. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

Default G5 vs T1 cam

Help me out. I'm ready to buy a cam, but I am stuck on which one to get. I have heard great things about the G5 but I just watched a vid of a T1 cammed T/A and god it sounds great! Here is what I'm looking for:

1. Sound like a pro stock car at idle
2. Stock heads
3. NO PCM programming

I know this is the place to get the advice I need.

U will probably need programming w/the G5. Lots of people are making good power w/stock heads. Not a bad choice.
